About Senior Assessment Assistance, LLC
Senior Assessment Assistance, LLC , works with Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities, as a resource, when a pre-admission assessment is needed and the Resident Care Director is not available.
Every person moving into an Assisted Living or Memory Care community needs an assessment completed by a nurse. The pre-admission assessment informs the community about an individual’s needs.
The assessment includes:
- How much assistance the individual needs with activities of daily living (mobility, transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, dining).
- How much assistance the individual needs with medication management.
- Any dietary restrictions.
- If the resident is a fall risk, or an elopement risk.
- What social activities bring the resident joy and any goals they have.
- Any other information requested to ensure a smooth transition into the Assisted Living Community.
When your Resident Care Director cannot get out to do the assessment, Senior Assessment Assistance is here to help.
Our hours are flexible, including weekends and evenings.
