About Senior Assessment Assistance, LLC
I work with Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities.
Every person moving into an Assisted Living or Memory Care community needs an assessment done by a nurse.
The assessment lets the community know how much help the individual needs with activities of daily living (mobility, transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, dining). I also find out how much assistance they need with medication management, what social activities they like, any dietary restrictions they have, if they are a fall risk, or an elopement risk. Each community has a Resident Care Director. Communities can call me when their Resident Care Director cannot get out to do the assessment, is on vacation, or the community is looking to fill that position.
I am paid by the Assisted Living Community. My hours are flexible, and I work weekends as well.
